What is your return policy?

At Erge Designs, your satisfaction with our product is always guaranteed. We know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. Therefore, we want to make this process as easy as possible for you.

Please follow the instructions below:

All returns must be made within 15 days of ship date. Each returned boxed item must have a Erge Designs return authorization number. To obtain a return authorization number, please contact customer service at (323) 588-3818 or send an email to info@ergedesigns.com

*Please have the following information ready when calling for return: Invoice Date, Invoice Number. *

Upon agreement to accept goods for credit or exchange, your customer service representative will issue the RMA number.

Where do I send my return or exchange?

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. The return package should have the RMA number clearly makred on the outside of the package and shipped to the following address: Erge Designs 4770 E. 48 ST Vernon, CA 90058

What are your exchange charges?

An item purchased as an exchange is considered a new purchase and will need to be charged prior to shipping. (The freight cost will be waived on exchange within US CONTINENT). Once the return item is received, the credit will be issued for the cost of the original item.

What about Web Specials/Closeout Items?

Sales of web specials/closeout items are final. No returns or exchanges will be permitted for such items. Web specials/closeout items are items listed in the Closeout or Web specials categories.
